Area-51 R2, Bluetooth program Fails

Hi All,

1. Alienware Bluetooth program suggests a PIN number when trying to PAIR with a Bluetooth Router. The suggested PIN always fails.

2. There is no window in which to put the correct PIN.

I am also having a Chrome crashing issue which could somehow be related to my Bluetooth issue.
1. Chrome crashes randomly
2 Soft reboots do not bring Chrome back
3 Minimum of one minute needed before doing a hard reboot that brings Google back
4. Running Google Crash handler(64-bit) fails
