Area-51 R2, Ram upgrade
I currently have 16GB 2133 Mhz of RAM I was thinking of upgrading to 32GB. I would be replacing all 4 modules since currently I have 4 GB modules.
I was thinking of getting this:

I'm hoping I dont have to make any changes on the bios, just plug and go.

Crucial is a better choice for Dell ram. You have posted in the laptop forum. Searching for Area 51 R2 shows a desktop. Here's ram for the desktop from Crucial--
