Area-51 R5, Support Assistant
Has anyone had luck with SupportAssist working? Area=51 R5
I did the uninstall reinstall. Get drivers works, nothing else.

Personally, I have it uninstalled.
My opinion is that the posted Dell drivers are just for initially setting up the machine. After that, my driver updates come from Windows and nvidia.com (or amd.com if you play on the red-team).
If I'm brave enough to do a BIOS update, I get it from: http://downloads.dell.com/published/pages/alienware-area51-r4.html
What other functionality are you looking for?
