Secure boot disabled is REQUIRED for NON Dell cards.
Legacy CSM is never a problem. Eventually this will be not available in class 3 BIOS.
Currently CLASS 2.3.1 UEFI is what is out there.
NVIDIA says it this way but it Applies to ATI as well.

Great thx speedstep for info, also completely remove drivers with DDU before installing aftermarket card?
