Aurora-R?, random shut down.

Question

Hi, so recently I found the windows on my Alienware is not working properly(some minor issue like desktop is not responding). So I decide to do a factory reset. After the reset, the machine starts to shut down randomly. Like all of a sudden, fan stops working and few seconds later, it will reboot and go into recovery mode, report the machine is not shut down properly. I don't really understand why this happens, since there is basically no new software on my system except the drivers.Can someone please help me identify this problem?

What 'release' of Aurora and what version of Windows? Does it complete a full ePSA Diagnostic (outside of Windows) ?

I didn't do that, I kinda find out where the problem is, it's the killer solution software.After uninstalling all software from killer wifi, the issue no longer exists.
