Could not find a thing about it anywhere. It's not documented in the R10 bios documentation either.
Have no idea what they do or what they stand for.

Did some testing, Cinebench R23, multicore.
No OC is just no OC, not bad but need OC on to enable XMP2 option for RAM.
OC on, PBO auto for the 5600x: vid under 1.3, AIO under 70c, all cores 4.2-4.3ghz mostly.
OC on, PBO HF1 for the 5600x: vid mostly under 1.3, AIO 75c, all cores 4.3-4.45ghz mostly.
OC on, PBO HF2 for the 5600x: vid up to 1.39v, AIO 79-80c, all cores 4.4-4.5ghz mostly.
Will stick to OC PBO auto or OC PBO HF1.
