It's in product support section where all the drivers and apps are listed. It came out  yesterday.

My computer is an R10 (gen1), so If you use the link below make sure your computer model is listed  in the compatible systems section.

Again so far, it run well and seems to load even faster than before on my R10

Downloaded from link above, saved the file to my documents and ran the install file using "run as administrator" no automatic updates. This time 5.5.9 download a setup "exe" files and runs it. If I remember correctly the 2 previous version downloaded individual components and then install them. i.e: occontrols service etc.

Looks that they did some work on it. I had to restart the computer of couple of time for something else not related to awcc  no problem so far.

I have a Dell R13, Win 11 Home, AWCC on anything above 5.4.34.0 just doesn't work. Are you guys all running Windows 10?

I finally figured out that the AWCC service is constantly crashing. That explains why I get a white screen when I try to open AWCC.  AWCC service under the task manager constantly stops responding, windows suspends and terminates it, it starts again, stops responding, over and over and over.. Really wish Dell could get this figured out. Been happening to a lot of people for awhile now.

I have no AV or anything running on my machine, just windows.

Maybe you should wait a little longer on your system, and im pretty sure most of us use Windows 11, but that isnt the issue here^^ You really should contact DELL- Cares to contact a moderator about this or facing a engineer and find out what is going on on your system.

My R11 automatically updated AWCC 5.5.9.0 at start up with no issues. It took about 3-5 minutes.
Fantastic !
