Aurora R10, AWCC Fusion doesn’t load
Not sure what’s going on but Fusion in AWCC (Alienware Command Center) doesn’t load. I am not sure what the issue is. I re-installed it, updated it, but just doesn’t load the Fusion section nor the OC selector?

"AWCC / OC controls not installed correctly (remove and re-install may resolve)" resolved this issue for me on my Alienware Aurora R11 system. Hope this may assist you also.
1. Go to the Aurora R10 driver page
2. Click "Find drivers"
3. Click "Show All"
4. Download "Alienware OC Controls Application"
5. Extract the files and run AlienwareOCControlsInstaller file which prompted to uninstall which I did. Then run again AlienwareOCControlsInstaller which went through the installation process
6. Start AWCC and my "Fusion" section now works

It’s works for the first time after re installing but then after a re-boot same thing happens again

Check that you don't have a message on the bottom right corner of your screen from windows asking if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. This is usually a permission issue.
If not, check your antivirus software for blocks.
