Aurora R10, AWCC, Fusion update in loop
My Alienware Aurora R10 received an update for MyAlienware app. Fusion goes into a loop of installs. Only way to stop the loop is to close the app, which of course makes the app not useable.
Please help?

I am located in Canada - The Get Help Now option is not available to me.
What is the next step for assistance?

Hi Rhenium,
Is this what you require?

Alienware 2.2.5 2022-02-07
MS Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22000 Build 22000
Thanks!

Hi @Critter18 welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Please click on Product Support and allow Dell to identify the Model and Revision number of your Alienware system. Please share Model and Revision number, and Windows 10 or 11 version. (Do not reveal your private system Service Tag or Express Service Code in this public forum.)

I am having this same issue as well. The program asks me to update to continue using it. I choose to update, and give permission for the program to make changes. The program starts to cycle as if updating, and then after 30 seconds, it asks me to update the program to continue using it.

I have Premium Support Plus.

Same problem. I installed some updates through My Alienware and restarted my PC. Now each time I try to open My Alienware, it says an update is required, but the update will not complete. Just spins for about 30 seconds then states the update is required, again. Infinite loop. If I ever say no to the update, My Alienware closes.
