Aurora R10, AWCC showing 777 for cpu and memory
i have an alienware ryzen edition and i was having problems playing cod so i went to see what mode i was running (eg. performance, normal) and noticed my cpu, memory are showing up nothing but 777 throughout. i checked my awcc version and it is the most up to date. i restarted my computer and still showing same numbers throughout. my gpu is the only thing giving me active information. any help would be great.

I had this same issue. After I installed AMD's utility here it started working normally again: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master.
I did try to McAfee removal tool I saw mentioned elsewhere but that did not work. I hadn't tried reinstalling AWCC.

No same readings. I checked bios and it's up to date. I turned my computer off to let it just chill and get back to room temp. Which is about 68 Fahrenheit and then start it up in an hour

No air cooled but at 777 Celsius I don't think it would matter

no i was thinking of getting more ram but it seems like i keep having issues with awcc or bios since i got computer which isn't good and don't want to upgrade it then have to tear it out so it can go in for warranty issues

hot it is 1433 F...if that was correct your pc woule be on fire
