Aurora R10, OC in Command Center, no Advanced tabs

Need some assistance. I just bought an R10, Ryzen 7 3800X, RTX 2080 Super, with 64GB 3200mhz ram. Why is my GPU the only thing with an advanced tab in command center? My CPU and RAM don’t have an advanced tab to overclock?!?! I need advanced tabs and OC control ASAP...

Hello, we hope you are doing well. After reviewing your case with engineering. The manual overclocking controller is not available on AWCC as of now, but will be available in the next months. Apologize for the inconvenience this might generate. At this time, is there anything else we might help you with?

This is the response I just got back. So apparently we have to wait for this option. Did you find anything else out?

I received the same response from Dell-Cares. I guess will just have to wait then after a month. I'm guessing this is a software BIOS issue out of the box and not Hardware or Motherboard problem? I am just wondering, has anybody out there who have purchased R10 Ryzen Edition that have a fully functional AWCC with no issues?

Yep, same response here. If it weren't for Ryzen Master I'd be pretty upset. I guess they'll get around to fixing it one day.

A new BIOS was released July 3rd, that says this

"- Enhanced the AMD processor and memory overclocking feature to support the Alienware OC Controls application."

I installed it and then uninstalled/rebooted/installed the latest AWCC and OC controls but nothing changed. The tabs are still missing. I'm thinking that the AWCC/OC controls also need a software update to take advantage of this new bios.

So, I continue to wait...

I know wrong thread, but it's the same situation for the Intel powered Alienware Aurora R9. With BIOS 1.07 OC profiles for CPU and RAM are there. Upgrading to BIOS 1.08 these settings are gone except for graphic card. Why this? Also if you order a new Alienware there is no information about CPU overclocking anymore. Maybe this "feature" is disappeared?

Just an update I installed the 7/3/20 BIOS for the R10 Ryzen edition. I believe it was BIOS 1.0.6. Now all the advanced tabs are there for overclocking. So that problem is fixed but I’m still running into the issue of XMP #1 crashing immediately on restart and my RAM still doesn’t run at the advertised 3200mhz. A little frustrating since HyperX makes the spec RAM for Alienware so I did my research prior and called HyperX. I told them all the specs to my system and they told me the RAM to get. Also checked the owners manual for the R10 and it says it supports up to 4x16 (64GB) at 3200mhz. The best I can get is on the Auto setting for RAM OC I can get it up to 2933mhz with no issues. Ryzen Master also crashes if I try to push it to 3200mhz. My RAM should work but it doesn’t...

My tabs are not showing after the bios update. Did you do anything special? I don't know if I need to do the whole uninstall of it again or not. I kind of have the same issue to your Ram. What ever I changed it to in the bios does not change it after booting into windows. I will say I have not had any luck with getting any ram to work higher than 3000mhz.

FYI Alienware Aurora R9 with newest BIOS 1.09 has also the overclocking advanced tabs. Looks like it is working again
