That about corresponds to RAM upgrades if you increase the RAM values and nothing else in the build/user config page. OEM Dell RAM upgrades have always been pricey on the Aurora. You can try contacting them again to double check if you want to make sure.

Yeah, they charge more for the OEM Dell (kingston) hyperx fury sticks.

That's a lot of extra if that price is correct. Especially for a single 16 gig stick.
Better be made of gold for that price.
