It needs to comply with the following specifications, and you will also need to ensure you have a proper power supply:

Maximum Power Consumption = 320W
Power connectors = Two PCIe 8 pin
Ports = Three DisplayPort 1.4a, one HDMI 2.1
Memory = Type: GDDR6X, Size: 10GB, Interface width: 320 bits

The RTX 3080 Founders edition is 285 mm long. Since it exceeds the 267 mm, it will not fit an R10. Dell/Alienware produces its own versions of the Nvidia RTX series cards to fit their equipment.

You probably need to get a thinner front fan from Noctua (15mm ?) or reposition the front fan directly above (in the space reserved for hard-drives?) where it is currently to get it to fit.
