my guess is not. Aurora R10 Ryzen uses OEM B550A chipset.

I received my 2021 Alienware r10 with with the 5950x and 6800xt a couple of weeks ago. The first thing I did was test the SSD because Dell advertises that it is the first PCIE 4.0 computer they have offered. The SSD that ships with it is NOT a 4.0 drive. It ships with a 3.0 ssd. I used the custom options when ordering mine directly through Dell and opted for the 2tb ssd and it is a 3.0 drive. I did a speed test on it and it is around 3.5 gb read and 3.2 write speed. This is very upsetting. I called before ordering and was on the phone for hours with Dell and nobody could tell me if it shipped with a 3.0 or 4.0 SSD. I gambled and just crossed my fingers and was disappointed. I now have a new 2tb pcie ssd coming in the mail and am hoping it will work.

It will not work in PCIe version 4 mode. The M2 slot on the R10 runs at PCIe version 3.0 x 4, not 4.0 x 4.
There's a thread on this board where someone else has tested and verified this, by using a PCIe 4.0 x 4 M2 drive, and it linked at 3.0 X4.
You can try it for yourself, but I am 99% sure you will get the same speeds as with your current 3.0 drive.
I do suggest to report back in this thread how it worked out for you, because the more this is discussed the better. I think it's terrible these machines that cost upwards of $2,000, $3,000 dollars are handicapped by the motherboard solution Dell provides.
The whole reason why I and I bet some others got a Ryzen is because it's the first generation CPU to support PCIe 4.0. It's therefore maddening to see things like the M2 slot being 3.0 instead of 4.0, and the PCIe slot for the video card only be able to support link speeds of X8 instead of X16, and some other maddening design decisions that just make no sense for this generation CPU's.

Confirmed it is not 4, scks balls. Wasted money on a 4.0 drive prior to knowing. Should have known better and just held out for video cards to get back in stock.

Thank you for confirming. We can now say it's established the M2 slot on the R10 is PCIe version 3.0 as opposed to PCIe version 4.0.
Another reason to add to my list as to why I am going to swap this motherboard out.
