Aurora R10, monitor doesn't function properly

Question

Dear All,

I have the Windows 10 Alienware Aurora R10 Ryzen edition.

I am facing issues with PC booting up but the monitor doesn't. Yesterday, I had a windows update and not sure if it's the reason. Prior to the update, I did notice a lag of small gap in booting vs display on monitor but today it did not boot up at all till I had plugged out and in the relevant HDMI cable (New and sourced from Dell). Is there also a way to check whether the video card is functioning to the optimum!

One humble request - please avoid messaging via multiple sources as I am not sure of the right channel to share replies. Yesterday, I had messaged the service tag number to which I got an acknowledgment. Now, I just saw this message and not sure and hence replied stating 'presently being addressed in a private thread'.
