How do I go about returning this. If there is a known issue and they can not fix it, well I'd like my money back or swap to something else that has full access to ALL controls and features
I don't have it on mine either. The OC profiles for the R10 are missing from AWCC, that is why you do not see them.
If you navigate to C:\Program Files\Alienware\Alienware Command Center\OCControlService and open up the zip file profiles.zip, you can see all the OC profiles included with AWCC.
Personally, I think they messed up the naming for the R10 in those profiles. Either that, or there is something not being loaded properly.
I am trying to avoid 3rd party programs for system OC. Why should I have to if the famous ALIEWARE SYSTEMs come with this feature embedded with in its system/ Bios?
If you don't have advanced options in AWCC then you just need to install OC controls. If you want to use the Dell oc tools you need to install them first. They aren't built into or embedded with the windows operating system. Personally, the specialized oc tools are way better than what you'd get out of the AWCC OC options.
If BIOS has oc options then you are all set there.
I have OC controls enabled. I also downloaded other controls I found in a thread however, it changed nothing. Through AWCC I have no options to OC at all. I have Thermal, power mgmt and sound profiles and controls. The OC tab has no options for OCing or profiles. It only opens a window showing you CPU/MEM etc but it is fixed can not click on anything
I have an R10, have the same issue. I did contact tech support about it, after some back and forth they informed me as per below. That was their exact answer.
That's why I mentioned before they see overclocking as an option rather than a supported feature.
Re: Aurora R10 No Overclocking in Command Center
We have limited support on overclocking. I'm sure the hardware is working fine on your system
One question I have though: do you see any PBO options in your BIOS? Reason why I ask is because I have no PBO options in my BIOS, but I have seen some users say they do have PBO options in theirs.
The board/system supports PBO just fine, I use Ryzen Master for my OC needs. I can overclock no problems with Ryzen master... But I do agree that they should seriously investigate what is up with the tabs and the OC controls in AWCC for CPU and Memory on R10's in general.
I could have sworn a few other users in the past have reported they have tabs on their system, but I am not 100% if those were also R10 systems, or R11/R12 systems.

You can try, but I think overclocking is not officially part of the system. Like an extra. You can always call DELL support, see what they say.
Return/refund windows are limited, so you might want to act sooner rather than later when it comes to return/refund options.

"Radeon RX6800XT GPUBios shows Overclock is enabled so I would love to know why I don't seem to have this feature?"
The AWCC OC profiles are for the CPU, not your GPU. Are you trying to oc the GPU?
If so, you would want to use the AMD software like performance tuning or third party software like MSI afterburner.
Also, to clarify, do you see advanced options tabs for the CPU, ram or gpu?

Before returning you check the following =
* Are you running the latest BIOS 2.3.0?
* Are you running the latest Alienware OC Controls Application 1.3.68.1380?
