Aurora R10, no boot, bad boot config file?

Alienware R10 not booting. Could it be a bad coot config file? I just got a BRAND NEW R10 with a 3080 and a 5800X. After just a day of gaming, the system won't boot.  Now the good news is that it will get into the boot screen and even the recovery mode screen. I have tried reverting to a previous point, resetting the computer, and even reinstalling the operating system from a USB drive but nothing works. It keeps restarting during the reinstall. When I tried to reinstall from usb, it got to the point where it said 'just fixing up some things' and restarted. When I tried to reset, it said there was a problem and restarted.  I did some digging and it threw me an error code 0xc000000d When I looked up solutions for Error Code 0xc000000d I got the following video. I think this is on to something , as I have seen it in other places. Trying this solution went as follows. The 'fixmbr' step worked The 'fixboot' step did not work. It gave me an `access denied` error. until I tried out This solution, which worked. The `bcdedit` step did work. The `attrib` step did NOT work. It couldn't find the file in the location c:\boot\bcd The `ren` step did NOT work. It couldn't find the file like the above step. The `bootrec /rebuildbcd` step sort of worked? Ok, so it found a version of windows in C:\wWndows.old00/windows. It looks like this is one of the windows I reinstalled. But, when it tried to run it `could not find the path specified`. What is this? A couple of things. While I could not find the bcd files in the boot directory, I could find them in general. In fact, I could find like 13 bcd files in various places . For example, here are some.  c:\efi\microsoft\recovery\bcd c:Windows\Boot\DVD\EFI\bcd c:\Windows\Boot\DVD\PCAT\bcd And also similar locations in windows.old.00 So what is going on here? Why are there multiple bcd files? Any idea of the best way to proceed? How do i select the proper bcd file to rebuild? And how do I set the OS to boot from that file? I feel like I tried too much and borked it. I have a windows 10 recovery usb i made online. Why can't I just format the whole hard drive and be done with it? I am also worried it may be a hardware issue. I mean I gamed for a bit but noticed no big temperature issues. I did a hardware diagnostic, but it cleared everything except the gpu. And that worries me since it isn't like 3080s are easy to come by these days. Even if I sent it back, could they replace it? I am calling tech support . But what do you guys think? How do I repair this boot config file?

Ok well it resurrected!   Went into alienware os recovery and was able to reinstall. this was after the command prompt steps. Still don't know why they didn't work.
