Aurora R11, AWCC CPU sensor not working for GHz or Temp

Hi,

Just received new Aurora R11 a week ago.

i9-10900KF (Liquid cooled)
RTX-3080
32GB RAM

When I open AlienWare Control Center I notice that the CPU overview does not show
the current GHz speed (always 0.00) and Temp (always at 0) but the CPU usage i.e. 3% works.

The GPU and Memory sections are all reporting fine.

Does anyone know why?  This system is days old, so I doubt it's BIOS or software related.
Faulty sensor ?
