Aurora R11, AWOC 1.3.60.1380, causes only gpu overclock options to be shown

Previously CPU, GPU and memory overclock options were showing in OCC. With the installation of the latest Command Centre (5.4.16.0) and OCC (1.3.60.1380) applications, now OCC only shows the GPU overclocking options. Have uninstalled and reinstalled both applications with OCC installed after Command Centre. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Had the same problem. BIOS settings are fine. I eventually rolled back to OCC 5.4.16.0 A00 and CPU came back (memory overclocking didn't - but I think I've read something about that being by design). Reinstalled 1.3.60.1380 A00 and they went away again (except for the GPU). I suspect a bug in the software. I'll just sit on OCC 5.4.16.0 A00 until Alienware fix the problem.

Have you tried enabling overclock in bios?

Thanks for your suggestion. Overclocking was enabled by default and working prior to the new app installations. I checked the bios and it is still enabled. I would find it strange if apps are changing settings in the bios but am no expert.

I reinstalled windows as I do once a year. I installed the Alienware software from the latest versions using the Dell support webpage and now I am getting both the cpu and gpu overclock option. Following the update path provided by Dell clearly caused problems. Whether a clean windows install is needed or you can just uninstall the Dell software and do a new install from scratch, I can't tell you but it is fixed for me for now, probably until the next update breaks it.
