Aurora R11, Boot Problem

Question

Brand new Aurora R11, 1 month now, updated all Bios and Drivers per Dell Alienware Update. Now when I push front Button to turn on, system tries to boot and then dies. I have to pull power plug from rear, push in power reset, then reinsert plug to turn my PC on each time. does work after this sequence. Ideas?

Check if you're still within 30 days of your invoice date. (Meaning you can still return/exchange it, versus doing warranty repairs.)

Contact customer service. If you're still within your 30 days and it's not a quick/simple fix, immediately start talking return/exchange.
