I would get onto Dell support as fast as possible, you only have a short time if a replacement is required.
As to troubleshooting it, GPU failures is not the easiest although this is speculation, Blue screens can be anything, there is usually a Stop Error code, and it could be anything.
First suggestions:
Try setting first AWCC to Perfomance Thermal profile, this sets the OEM fans stronger, these nano cases are a bit starved of air due to the PSU being over the CPU
Make sure you are not thrashing the GPU unnecessarily by setting GSync or Vertical Sync with your monitor
I always run performance/high-power profile through AWCC, and Nvidia Control set to power high performance. My monitor is SAMSUNG 49" Class Wide Screen QLED Gaming Quantum Dot (5120x1440) 120hz Monitor - LC49RG90SSNX/ZA
How long is the gpu replacement warranty good for? I have the standard 1 year hardware support.
Thanks, I have the same settings, except V-Sync enabled in game settings. I just read rock paper shotgun's article saying my monitor was freesync to g-sync compatible. I have the latest firmware, and drivers installed too.
FPS limit to 120, I select 100 or 60 for a few games.
The other day GPU firmware update (my first experience with gpu firmware, not sure if it can be uninstalled/rolled back) just came out from Dell, I installed this successfully after, the newest drivers from nvidia website, clean install.
I will try the F12 diagnostic later on today. This painstakingly reminds me of when I received my R8 that thad issues, I ended up doing a clean OS install, manually updated everything from Dell website, and never had a problem since.

Well every part is OEM, so 1 year.
Nice monitor, it is Freesync which is AMD technology.
Add the NVIDIA FPS overlay counter. Does it limit to 120FPS?
Check GSYNC compatibility and NVIDIA 3D Settings "Vertical Sync".

Try built in diagnostics, F12 on boot.
Also, try a custom clean install of gpu drivers direct from Nvidia.
If may be a problem with the gpu's vram.

"not sure if it can be uninstalled/rolled back"
Dell doesn't post prior vbios versions so you would have needed to save it yourself prior to updating.
