Aurora R11, No hard drive under disk management, etc.

Question

I own an Alienware R11. My PC has 2 hard drives, a 1tb M.2 NVME SSD and a Seagate barracuda hard drive. The Seagate drive doesn't show up at all, not under disk management nor device manager. I have tried other hard drives instead of the Seagate and the same issue arises. When I used the HDD docking station that I have, everything was perfect and the drive showed up fine in windows. I have tried resetting Bios, using different ports for the power cable from R10 port to the R11 and R12, but not change what so ever. I can only think that it is either a connection issue or both power cables have the same issue.

So just to be clear you connected both your own SATA data cable from the HDD to one of the 4 SATA ports on the motherboard, plus you connected the Alienware OEM power cable from behind the PSU to the HDD?

I agree something is not connected inasmuch as any drive that is tried is not detected. Either that or a bad SATA or power cable (hard to believe the power cable).
