Aurora R11, RGB case light, not turning on
Hello, just received my R11. My desktop RGB light is not turning on. I tried to turn it on with Alienware Command Center but with no success. Any idea why? Is it malfunctionning?

I assume you're talking about the front light panel? There is a cable that goes to it so maybe it's not connected.

You'd expect a startup error notification if that were the case, though. It's pretty good about giving errors for stuff like that.
