Aurora R11, RTX 2080 Ti fans not working, GPU issues
Since about 1 month after getting my Aurora R11, I've been experiencing some frustrating issues with my GPU. My RTX 2080 Ti fans would not spin up until the GPU reaches 75°C. When they would spin up they would just spin at 100% speed (like a jet engine) for a few seconds and then turn off again.
I've had to install MSI Afterburner to get the fans to work, and even then the GPU is running much higher temps than expected (70°C on Valorant and Risk of Rain). I've been fine with MSI for the time being, but now all of a sudden, when I launch up a game, my GPU just does minimal work. Playing Black Ops Cold War for instance I only get 40 FPS and my GPU just sits at 46°C. And when I play valorant it just sits at 40 FPS as well at low GPU temperatures.
Has anyone experienced anything like this/have any solutions?
FYI, I've tried uninstalling Valorant, that has not fixed anything.

You may have a framerate limit set to 40 fps either on nvidia control panel or rivertune which comes with msi afterburn
