Aurora R11, RTX 3090 or 3080 fit?

Hi all. I’ve seen the size of my 2080 on a video today and having seen the above cards they look like they won’t fit? Has anyone managed to or is there a link to buy one which fits from Alienware?

AFAIK, the case is the same as my R8, if you want to avoid minor surgery check the 3080 FE and some hybrid liquid cooled cards like EVGA, otherwise for all 3rd party cards minor surgery is needed, this includes:

- 15mm front fan gives 293mm length room, a 285 mm card like EVGA fits nicely

- prying off the PSU triangle to give more height, but the PSU swing out will be fragile, this may also be necessary for some hybrid liquid cooled as they may need space for the hoses.

What limits is the R11 MB and BIOS which can cause some fan compatibility.

Sorry just checked, 3080 FE is too long, same length as the EVGA XC 3080 cards, so 15mm front fan is required. So your only options without surgery atm are hybrid liquid cooled.

Thank you.

I wonder if we'll be able to buy direct from Dell their variant?
