Aurora R11, SA, BIOS update not installing
I got SA (SupportAssist) and it showed me a list of drivers I could install. I pressed install all, and it did, but when it went to the one named BIOS, it continued to only say installing for a very long time? Please help me.

it did that to me too with my R11. I just hit cancel. Closed out restarted and went back to Dell and reinstalled the bios update ... try that

Always download any bios updates from dell support and not Support Assist.
