Aurora R11, dual Nvidia RTX 3080, is this possible?

Happy New year everyone. I have an R11 allienware w/ RTX3080 on order and its on its way to me , Tech support told me it is able to handle (2) RTX3080 . I have a 1000 watt power supply.

My concern is, there is not much room inside the unit to add the 2nd unit and will air flow mess up the machine ? Anyone has insight on this issue ? Thanks

* Im looking to mine ETH on this

Not according to the Aurora R11 sales site. It only shows Dual RTX 2070, RTX 2980, RTX 2080 Ti. Perhaps they were confused.

It sure will heat up the chassis ambient air significantly. Each card is 320W TDP. At peak during gaming each card may consume 348 W. Two cards are close to 700W. There is not enough air flow to push this amount of heat load out of case. You would be roasting the cards and rest of components.

online psu calculator estimates 942W needed for i9-10900K, 2x RTX 3080, 32GB ram, NVMe SSD, 22” led monitor.
