With all the computers that were purchased, and had their video cards removed, you would think/hope that DELL would have these in stock! Dell also needs to improve their phone support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the people that I tried to talk to, were from another country, and could only read from a computer screen. Absolutely no knowledge other than what the computer screen said. THAT IS SAD FOR A COMPANY LIKE DELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How about some US Based support, with people who actually know the product?

That's literally every US company that gets big enough. Dell support is no different. Get a bespoke PC from a smaller boutique dealer if you want support that actually cares (Because if they're small, they can't afford not to care, unlike Dell.)
I took mine out on my RTX 3080, because I needed the only available PCIe slot to add my SB Z card to the system.
The bracket was in the way for the card.
Been running fine for 8 months with zero issue.
Unless you are planning on moving your computer around a lot, I see little benefit from that bracket. These cards are 2 fan cards and fairly small. No sagging without the bracket that I could detect.
Here's a picture of mine that shows the ordering code.
Note that dell OEM graphics cards are a different size than most aftermarket GPUs (even then they vary by manufacturer and lineup). If you're buying an aftermarket RTX 3000 series card most likely the OEM bracket won't fit the card.
I personally don't think it needs it after it has been shipped. I did not notice any sagging on the card. I never checked the weight of it, but I am assuming it's not as much as retail 3 fan versions.

The Aurora R11 parts page shows both of these. They do not show which video cards go with each holder. They are not available to sell.

Yes, that is also true.

For the 3080 and 3090 Video Cards the C4T0V Holder PCIe, seems to be the correct bracket. Found mine, so I am good to go.
