i am currently having the same issue. i had to unplug the unit and plug into a different power source for it to work. this is odd. have you found a solution to your problem other than simply plugging it in somewhere else?
I have all of those issues minus the issues with the keyboard. I just have a 2700 pc and the 25 inch but still, I am experiencing the same issues. I had to restart my computer SIX TIMES TODAY and 12 times in the week that I've had it. I love it when it's working right but this is insane
Got mine yesterday. Today i needed to do a audio troubleshooting and it froze up my compilation rendering it unusable. So i powered it off then back on and it lit up for a few seconds (the pc not my keyboard and mouse) then shut right back off. Tried to turn it on 6 times so far and no progress has been made thing dint even last 2 days
Unplug the power cord from the back, press and hold the power test button near the plug for about 10 seconds till you hear it click (reset). Then plug back in and power it on. I have had to do this twice on mine, since I got it 2 weeks ago. I have the 1000W power supply in mine. If it continues, I will contact support and get the power supply replaced.
HI I RECEIVED MY R11 ON OCT 16 2020 . HAVING A ISSUE WITH STARTUP . NOT RESPONDING WHILE PRESSING BUTTON . IT ALWAYS HAPPEND WHEN I DON'T USE FOR 1 OR 2 DAYS . AND IT DOSN'T TURN FOR HOURS . YESTERDAY I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT . THEY HAVE CREATED SERVICE REQUEST AND TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL 24 TO 48 BUSINESS HOURS BECAUSE UPPER MANAGEMENT IS REVIEWING MY CASE . IS ANY ONE KNOW WHY THEY TAKE SO MUCH TIME . ITS NOT EVEN A MONTH . ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH ON THE PC.
"30-Day Return Period for Certain Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Dell, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals and parts may be returned if requested and approved by Dell within 30 calendar days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the amount of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below)."
By the time the PC got to me they gave me 20 days and wouldn't do the 30 day return. So that means they count the travel time of the pc. In my opinion I think the 30 days should start when it arrives at my door.
I believe you only get 30 days from invoice to return the PC, so not sure if waiting those extra days will push you out past your return period. Just something to keep in mind.
Yes it should . That is actual meaning of returns . By the time time is arrived 15 days has been passed . Thats doesn’t make any sense . Due to covid they are having so many issue with shipping. Hopefully they gonna resolve the issue . Thanks
My point! So if it doesn't work right out of package you get a return But if you use it for 15 days and on the 16th it breaks your screwed. I am still in progress of getting my R11 fixed. There saying its not a hardware issue. When clearly it is, something isn't working good with others in the case. And making me throttle and some programs lag out. Do not get me wrong I like the R11 and would love to use it more how ever I have a PC I built because of it and I really enjoy it better
