The R11 does not need a proprietary GPU. This forum thread has some recommendations.

Aurora R11 OEM graphics cards are proprietary Alienware design and manufactured by MSI, but they will work in any retail motherboard.

Graphics card is not a concern as it meets specifications.
Motherboard is the issue, as it does not meet any standards and therefore will not fit in a retail case.
I would take CPU and GPU, leave the rest behind, including the PSU.
