Aurora R11, must start twice before loading into the OS
Over the last few weeks when I turn on my Aurora R11, I've found it will start up, the Alienware logo appears and the revolving dots, then it restarts itself does the same thing (alienware logo appearing and dots) then loads into the OS.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue and been able to resolve it? I'm out of ideas and I think we all know how 'useful' Dell support can be at times.

I've never seen this problem, but just for general troubleshooting, maybe there's a clue in the system logs in Event Viewer.

You are likely getting a BSOD. Disable automatic restart: Disable automatic restart
You are now likely going to get a blue screen of death and it should provide information on what is causing the issue.
If not a BSOD it could be a BIOS issue caused by for example aftermarket components like RAM modules.
