Aurora R11, not connecting to any monitors

I just got an r 11 with a 1660 super and  I plugged it in out of the box. it turns on, the light comes on with no orange flashing lights. if I plug a mouse and keyboard in the rbg lights up and shows they’re working but it will not display anything on my monitors it says no signal. I tired multiple monitors, TVs and hdmi cords also display cords and display to hdmi adapter the graphics card is firmly in place and I drained it of static everytime I opened it still no luck people are saying to remove the coin battery but I’m not really sure if I should do that.

Hi @Jaijr2120

and welcome

Check the GPU with the right-side panel off, when you turn on, does the GPU fan spin?

Just wondering, is the power plug from the PSU connected to the 1660? And you can pull the GPU and then reinsert it just in case it is not completely in the slot. The next step would be to contact Dell tech support and let them assist you.

"people are saying to remove the coin battery but I’m not really sure if I should do that."

That's called a cmos reset. Process here but you also need to discharge flea power before opening up the pc.  It might help.  Also, yeah, the GPU sometimes comes loose in shipping so you can try reseating that too.

Connect a monitor that is known to work with a known working cable to the video card on your R11.

Plug in the R11 to a power socket, and ensure the PSU green LED is on. Do not press the power button on the R11.

The "no signal" on your monitor should go away. If it still says no signal your video card output is not working.

In that case I would call Dell technical support and have them help you, since there can be several reasons why it does not work.
