Aurora R11, overclocking RAM help in AWCC

Hello.  Can anyone direct me to or help me to understand about the RAM overclocking in the AWCC?  I bought the 3200MHz RAM but I believe I must go to the BIOS to enable the XMP profile.  Is there a way to do this from the AWCC without ever going to the BIOS?  I see there are RAM1 and RAM2 profiles available in the command center.  Is that the preferred way of using the speed I paid for?  Or continue doing it from within the BIOS?  I have noticed that XMP doesn't always stay enabled.  I don't know if it has something to do with overclocking the CPU or not, but I have had to re-enable it several times in the BIOS after shutting down the computer for the day and restarting again.  I do remember to save it in the BIOS.  Thanks.

p.s. is there an AWCC guide anywhere?
