Aurora R11, second HDD not detected until power cycle is done
Weird thing, have a new R11 (all latest drivers) with a 1tb main SSD drive and another normal 1tb second drive. Everything works great but sometimes if I haven't used my R11 for a few days, when I turn it on, it's as if the second HDD is not there. Multiple reboots does nothing.
Despite opening my case and making sure all cables are tight, I'm still getting this problem every week or so. However what I have noticed is the following. If I simply unplug the power cable from the tower, wait a couple of seconds, and then I re-plug, the RGB lights on the tower seem to cycle through some kind of initial cycle and then the missing HDD is shown again and working fine.
So basically I have my RGB lights set to blue and when I turn on my tower, they automatically turn on blue. However, when I unplug the power cable and then re-plug and turn on the tower, the RGB lights will cycle through all the colours and then settle on the default blue. This seems to be causing some kind of 'refresh' (cant think of a better word) and suddenly everything works again.
Any ideas?

2. D-Drive: Exact model and is it 2.5in-SATA or 3.5in-HDD spinning-drive?

Hello,
Not sure, maybe this is dependant on windows configuration.
Fast Boot --> if enabled then your PC does not switch off, just powers down to a standby mode, is this enabled?
Power management --> Default is to switch off HDD after 20mins, can you check the advanced settings of your Power Plans?

The C-drive is 1TB M.2 PCIe
The D-Drive (the one that is being affected) is 2TB 7200RPM Sata 6GB/s
I have updated the bios to the latest version and i have also disabled fast boot, so we'll see if that makes any difference.
