They just released a new version of AWCC today.

Try uninstalling your current version and installing the new version, see if the issue goes away.

 

Another item to check is your bios settings. If you access your R12 bios by pressing the F2 key as soon as you turn on your machine, navigate the bios to the page called "performance options". In there make sure you have enabled the setting "core overclocking level". I believe if it is set to disabled you will not have any overclocking options available under AWCC.

It worked! Thank you! 

Solution: My OC was enabled in BIOS, but had been set to "customization". So I changed it to OC lvl1 and that actually fixed everything. I have advanced view tabs now.
