Aurora R12, BIOS option XMP is disabled and cannot be changed
Same thing still in the Aurora R12. Two identical sticks of Kingston Hyper-X Fury 16GB, CL16, PC3200, just purchased a month apart and the best I get is PC2666 and NO XMP profile or settings available. Thought Dell had gotten over this kind of stuff.

Make sure you do a BIOS reset when changing memory over. Also make sure others have reported success with the exact part # of the modules you are using.
These systems have very limited support for aftermarket memory.
