Yes, those temperatures are good. You could tweak the fan curves for the case air flow with Alienware Command Center if you wish to shave off a few more degrees.
My Alienware r12 pc when I am running games is at like 85 but yesterday it got up to 180 is the pc abopose to be loud is that normal can you guys please send me something to help me
If you have High performance selected in NVidia Control panel you will idle alittle higher than normal. I select all game settings in NCP in the program section and keep it normal in global. I highly recommend to use your cpu rad fan in a Thermal manual offset setting while gaming and not a curve. I run my top at 49-50% and Front at 47-48% and have that profile selected with my game so it kicks on when I start it. I also have a cool down thermal profile 30% Top fan 30% front and start that in my default settings before I even start my game. That way when I’m finish playing and exit game the cool down fan profile helps to get all the heat out of the case/cools things down. I usually let that run for a few mins. until temps come down then switch to Thermal Balance.

Your temps are good. 75-85C is within expected temp range while gaming. If you begin to see temps 95C and above, then you've got a problem.

Yeah these are loud gaming machines. I have my rig a far away possible and play with headphones so I don’t hear the roar.
