Fixed it, restarted and went to dell support to install it. Don't use the alienware updater for it, just didnothing forever.

There's a known problem with the Alienware auto update for BIOS files.

If you use it, it actually opens up a prompt behind the Alienware update window.

It's waiting on you to click yes, but you do not see that prompt because it is being obstructed from your view.

If you don't realize this, you will be waiting forever, as you found out...
