Aurora R12, brand new, low FPS?

My specs are =

11th Gen i9-11900KF/GeForce RTX 3080 10GB/32GB 3200MHz ram/ 1000W liquid cooled

Playing on a 1080p 360Hz monitor

I can barely maintain 220 FPS on Overwatch with low settings for everything. In a game it dips from 140-220 FPS and is constantly moving. If you look at benchmarks on YouTube, people with my specs are able to play @ 4K 300 FPS on Ultra settings. So something is not right. I've done everything I can think of. Anytime I try and use AWCC  my computer freezes and shuts off. I've installed all new drives and set power to highest performance.

Is the monitor connected with a HDMI cable, or display port cable?

What is the brand and model # of the monitor?

Also blend your Nvidia Control panel settings too. Do you have your monitor set up in Nvidia Control Panel too?

Have you looked at the temperature of the GPU? I have an R12 with a RTX 3080 and honestly I called this computer THE OVEN. I have to make so many modifications you wouldn't believe to make it work. First of all, the fans are the cheapest and noisy as a vacuum cleaner. So i had to change the fans and had a third one for intake in the front where the HDD is if you have one. A fiend of mine also changed the thermal paste in the GPU and it gives at least 20 degree Celsius less on the VRAM temperature. Without those changes, just playing COD warzone bring the VRAM of the GPU at more 100 degrees Celsius wich can be fatal for a GPU. It's recommended to keep it under 90 degrees for longevity so I don't know why DELL, which is supposed to have a reputation of selling good computers do that. And I'm not the only one, just take a look on Youtube and you'll see all the modifications that people make the R12 function like it's supposed too. This computer has great parts (GPU, CPU, SSD) but the design stock is a complete failure.
