Clear CMOS.  It might have rolled in an automatic BIOs update which went sideways.

somehow the problem is solved now. I guess clear the CMOS helped. Thanks.

I have the same issue.  CMOS clearing and replacing the CMOS battery did not work.  R12 won't post after update.  It appears an automatic update was pushed out beginning on July 17 2021.  Lots of issues being reported since then.
