In your case, the CPU upgrade is possible only to the i9 11900F [65W]. The CPU marked K and KF is 125W + GPU power. Your source is weak!

If you are going to put a 125W CPU there, how powerful is your PSU? Add GPU performance.

If you do not already have it . . . you should consider adding the AIO CPU liquid cooling.
