Aurora R13, BIOS 1.11.1 fixes AWCC OC function

Today's R13 BIOS update 1.11.1 fixes the AWCC issue with OC settings when W11 Core Isolation is active. I've done the update, tested, and the issue is resolved for me with this BIOS update. Kudos to the Dell Engineering Team for finally squashing this bug!

I´ve not tried it with ACC but as i can see, that the security center icon says now that my machine is at risk would probably mean they just disabled the core isolation it in the bios completely.

thanks Dell

Core Isolation is not a BIOS setting. It is a W11 OS parameter. You can see it by going to Windows Settings - Privacy and Security - Windows Security - Device Security - Core Isolation Details. Mine is set to "on". If W11 Security Center is reporting your machine is at risk, it may be that Core Isolation is disabled in W11. Check that first.

Also ask yourself when the last time was you were at risk because Core Isolation was not enabled...

Good for Dell for doing so, now could you get them to fix the BIOS error that complains the original memory is not installed, when many R13 users go into the performance options/ overclock section that a very early BIOS update broke. Kudos to the team for fixing something a home user with a single PC did not need fixed. Disabling the check via the BIOS before Windows 11 actually boots is not a fix and kind of defeats why Windows 11 put the check there.

You are correct, the ACC overclocking is no longer grey out with Core Isolation enabled.
