Aurora R13, wallpaper?
Can someone please post the latest Windows background image wallpaper included with the Aurora R13.
Also, is it possible to do a complete factory re-install with everything included? Not just the general OS recovery which is done through OS Recovery tools. Factory ISO etc.

You can use the recovery option to factory restore it.

When i use recover option, it doesn't allow me to choose the factory restore. It's greyed out.

Can you try entering your service tag here and see if you can download the factory image? OS Recovery
You will need your service tag for it, it should grab it and fill it in for you if you are using your R13 to download it.

From what I've been told from support, you can't download a factory image.

When using the service tag, you only get a Windows version. Even dedicated drivers are missing. I believe that the download support for the new R13 is far from complete.

My R13 has exactly the same problem, the original factory image seems to missing.
Next to to that when I use the service tag to reinstall everything manually (big task) the Win 11 PRO code that's embedded on the mainboard keeps installing as Win 11 HOME sinlge language.
