Aurora R14, issues

Question

Hi All, I purchased an Alienware Ryzen Aurora R14 in January and have had ongoing issues since I received this device. Here are the problems: 1. Computer crashes every time in sleep mode 2. LOTS of lag. Lag in programs that my 3 yr old laptop has no problems with. This happens most but not all the time. I would generally say the computer just doesn't seem fast. 3. Consistent crashing when rendering 3D (anything that takes an hour or so) I've talked to customer service 3 times already, and they tried but didn't seem to be helping the situation. All scan come back fine. I've reinstalled Windows twice. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Is this a typical or defective issue?
