Aurora R15, delivery vs warranty start date

Hi,

I ordered and have been tracking the build and shipment of my Aurora R15 and am mildly amused with Dell's tracking and delivery information.

I purchased the computer with expedited two-day delivery or so I thought.  The computer was ordered on July 15, entered into the production on July 15, the build completed on July 20, was shipped on July 22 although, truth be told, the creation of the FedEx shipping labels were the only thing that happened, FedEx actually received the computer on July 24 with a scheduled delivery date of July 27.  Is a time line like this typical for expedited delivery?

As an aside, the warranty end date has already been determined to be July 22, 2023 even though I have yet to receive the computer at all.  Does the warranty typically start upon completion of the build or the day on which the equipment is delivered?
