Aurora R3, not communicating with router, no internet

Hello and thank you all for your help advance. I recently replace a router specifically a Netgear nighthawk but before it went bad it somehow did something to my R3... I have no connectivity on the back of the computer or on the router via a new cord (I have troubleshooting several cords and they are all acting the same).

I have gone through the settings on my network drivers and have also updated to a driver that was specifically requested on this forum to no avail.

I currently show within my network connections and ether net set up with a large red X

I have tried to establish another connection but it only does broadband which does not help me

I cannot find my windows 10 disk...

if anybody can enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it… I don’t know if it’s a software issue or a hardware issue although I have tried pinging test and it passed fine.
