Aurora R4, AlienFX LED issues

Hello,

I have had an issue with my AlienFX lights working since I upgraded to Windows 10 a few years back but am only beggining to attempt to diagnose the issue. In additon, it also seems that the thermal controls are also not working as they should be as I have a error with the CPU pump and a few sensors do not work correctly.

I have been reading through many of these forum pages over the past week trying to diagnose why my lights are not working. I have tried the power dissapation as well as reinstalling CC in the correct steps.

However, it seems like I cant find anything that can assist with the issue I have.

Would anyone be able to point me roughly in the right dirrection?

Kind Regards,

John

Here is a good old thread about Aurora-R4 , MIO-Board, and AW-CC troubleshooting. Read carefully.

Watch what version of AW-CC you are installing.

At least be sure the pump's impeller is still turning, and Asetek Liquid Cooler is still generally working.

IIRC, Aurora-R4 got caught with a real MIO-Board, but without Dell 32bit Hardware-Diagnostics ... so it can be challenging to troubleshoot.
