There's a script to bypass windows 11 requirement and upgrade to windows 11 from windows 10 if that is what you wish to do. Otherwise no you can't upgrade to a officially supported cpu
And after reading how they went back and white-listed a few Intel 7th gen and AMD Ryzen processors ... I wonder if they are just getting bad data from the beta-testers. Maybe flakey Over-Clocked machines or retail machines kinda messed-up with all those Spectre & Meltdown BIOS updates.

This model, like thousands of other PC's, can't be upgraded to a Win 11 compatible CPU.
This model is a Z170 chipset motherboard and a 7th gen CPU is maximum. Microsoft Win 11 minimum Intel CPU requirement is an 8th gen.

That's a really nice machine and config.
Pretty lame Microsoft.
