Aurora R5, Thermal Controller random fail or bios update problem

so i am not sure if it was a update i did yesterday or not but i installed the new version system bios anyway today i started my computer and the fans all started at 50% and the command center is set at default on the thermals also cpu shows 0 temp so im not not sure if the update did this or i lost a thermal couple.any help is appreciated
