Aurora R6, BIOS tool not working, not booting
My Alienware Aurora R6 takes me to the BIOS recovery tool on startup. I get two options in this tool. When I click, “Recover BIOS”, it gives me a message saying “you are about to flash your bios to an older version, which is not allowed. Press the OK button to stop the flash process.” The PC then restarts and takes me back to the BIOS recovery page. If I click the second option (Reset BIOS Settings to Default), my PC simply restarts and takes me back to the BIOS recovery tool. This has made it so that I am unable to proceed past the recovery tool and my PC cannot boot up. I was unable to find my easily accessible information about the issue online. Is there a fix to this?

As a first step, clear the CMOS (BIOS) memory and see if that helps.
With the PC powered off, open the case and locate the CR2032 coin cell battery on the motherboard. Remove the battery for at least 10 minutes. Reinstall the battery and try to boot.
